The food at Ox Ranch is truly a farm-to-table experience! Ingredients are sourced from our wild game, organic garden, Jersey cow, chickens, orchard, and beehives.

Mr. Oxley spent years searching for Ox Ranch’s Executive Chef and spared no expense recruiting the master chef we know as “Eric.” Eric trained at Le Cordon Bleu and specializes in French cuisine, exotic game, and old-fashioned country cooking.

We recommend setting up a tasting with Eric to discuss all options and a budget that works for you. 

Ox Ranch has two professional kitchens on site for redundancy purposes and to satisfy events greater than 500!
